*The Service Provider must present their case if they refute any action taken by the company. Cases must be presented by email to support@ogram.co


*It is Ogram’s discretion to provide any pardons to Service Providers on a case-by-case basis.


*Ogram reserves the right to impose a penalty on a Service Provider depending on the violation committed and the severity of the case.
