Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy when working or hiring part-time staff with Ogram is as follows:

 

  • 24hrs prior to Job start = Full refund to Client and no payment to SP

  • Within 24 hours before Job start = Full refund to Client and no payment to SP

  • During Job = Pro-rated refund to client

*Refund also means the client will only be charged for the hours utilized.
