Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy when hiring part-time staff with Ogram is as follows.

 

Full refunds will be provided for cancellation 24 hours prior to a confirmed job. Where cancellation of a job is received by Ogram within 24 hours preceding the commencement of a job, the client shall be entitled to a 75% refund of the invoiced amount (i.e. cancellation by the client will be free of charge 24 hours before the job and subject to a 25% charge where cancellation is within 24 hours prior to the start time). No refunds shall be given where a client cancels after the commencement of a job. (Illustrative example: Once a job starts the client will not be entitled to a refund upon cancellation. Refund shall apply for the balance of the order as follows: If next job is within 24 hours of cancellation then a 25% charge will apply to the fees for that job and the rest of the jobs will be 100% refunded).

 

In the event of any Service Provider(s) failing to attend the job, Ogram will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a replacement and, in default, the client will be refunded the fees related to the individual no-show.

 

*In the event Service Provider(s) did not finish their shift or the shift was completed in less than the scheduled time, the client will get the additional time already paid for as credits in their account.
